Mark is a 1980 Graduate of University of Massachusetts- Dartmouth having attained a Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Accounting. In 1981 he

was licensed for all lines of insurance. In 1993 Mark achieved the Certified Insurance Counselor, Professional Designation.He has served in the following positions:

• Former Head Coach, Swansea/Somerset Youth Soccer League
• Current Head Coach, Somerset Basketball League

Mark and his wife Jenny have 3 children. He is also a golfer, tennis player and a guitarist.

Margaret M. Vieira, Customer Service Representative

Margaret is 1994 Graduate of  Bristol Community College having attained a Associates Degree with a Major in  General  Management.  Margaret’s insurance career started in 1971 with the Aetna Insurance Company.  She joined E. P. Tremblay as a Customer Service Representative in 1991.  Clients regularly praise Margaret for her help in dealing with policy changes, premium payments and claims.
